Architectural Visualisation

3D Architectural Visualisation is the art of creating an architectural design using 3D images or animations, prior to initiating the construction phase. An architectural illustration amalgamates dimensions, building textures, colours and lighting, so as to create a 3D visualization. Such visualization depicts how the building would appear after construction.

The key benefit to our client is that it provides the opportunity to preview a design idea so that varied fine tuning can be built upon to the design prior to constructing the building.

3D Floor Layouts

3D floor plans demonstrate graphics that are far more true to a real life layout.  Our clients in the recent past have been requesting more for 3D plans, owing to its ability to help them visualise the true picture of the building, house, or the interior that they will be investing on.

We at Arcdreams too, are keen to deliver 3D floor layouts, as it is the best mode of demonstrating our creative ideas in a manner which, our clients can simply visualise what they will get in real life. It also facilitates their dialog with us in sharing their ideas, requirements and changes, in fine-tuning the final layout.

2D Floor Layouts

A 2D floor plan is a simple demonstration of the layout and arrangement of a particular space. A typical floor plan includes a public space layout, interior layout, landscaping layout etc.  2D plans are usually drawn on to demonstrate buildings, structures, facilities, interior layouts, equipment and flat positions.

Depending on our client’s requirement we annotate floor plans, building permit drawings, building inspection plans, landscaping layouts and underground networks.
